Creative Stitches Class Policies:

To ensure your satisfaction with your class project, we offer the very best materials and supplies, recommended by our instructors, which is why we recommend that class supplies be purchased at Creative Stitches.

A 10% discount is applied to all purchases that are class related!

Instructor’s Supply List: Request Supply List at Sign-Up! Please have all recommended supplies with you when you arrive for class. It may sometimes be necessary for you to pre-cut your fabric prior to the class, (such as Double Dutch Delight Quilt), or pre-wash and press fabrics, in order to be able to complete your project during the scheduled time. (Teachers: see below)

Registration: Please Register and Pre-Pay for a Class Prior to Start of Class! Class space is limited and the possibility of a class you wish to attend being cancelled due to insufficient enrollment. We must commit to the teachers one week prior to the start of their classes. Please don’t wait till the last minute to Register!

To make it even easier to SignUp for Classes: You May also SignUp by Email! You’ll promptly receive an Email to confirm receipt of your request. A follow-up Reply will confirm that your place is reserved!

If a class is cancelled due to lack of students, your class fee will be Refunded.

All brands of machines are welcome in all classes unless otherwise noted. We ask that you be familiar with the basic operation of your machine, and please bring your instruction manual with you if you think you may require assistance.

Teachers: If you’d like to Teach a Class, bring in a sample and talk with Linda about scheduling and details, and provide Linda with written Class Description, Fees, your Supply List, Date and Time for Class Listing, and Photos.

NOTE: Each Teacher is responsible for own advertising program and costs, registration of students, agrees to clean up Classroom after Class, and Teacher will provide printed copies of their Class Supply List to Creative Stitches for distribution. Class Rental, Printing and/or Clean-Up Fees may apply.

Creative Stitches does not provide or cover costs of any advertising, or printing Class Supply Lists etc.  Creative Stitches may choose to include Class Info in the Creative Stitches web site, photo albums and/or Calendar, so it is appreciated when Teachers provide complete and accurate info, photos, and Supply Lists. Class Info is subject to change without notice, so please call to verify prior to events.
